Security, Immigration, Port health and Customs clearance:

We offer efficient services from dealing with local authorities on arrival and departure as well as other formalities. We will make arrangements to clear your vessel at any port of entry in French Polynesia and complete all paperwork prior to your arrival such as cruising permits between ports of entry.

Duty free fuel is available to all private yachts on arrival and throughout their stay in French Polynesia and a cheaper duty free fuel is available on departure. We can provide competitive rates for diesel fuel thanks to our negotiated rates with suppliers. Supply can be arranged by pipe or truck delivery to Marina Taina or at the Port of Papeete.

Provisioning:

We can supply most items you may require and have them delivered to your vessel. We will provide you with quality fresh food and fine wines, spirits and liquors. Please email us a list of the items you require with as much detail as possible and we will deliver your order to your yacht. To request a list of items available please contact us now.

Guest and Crew handling:

We will welcome crew at the airport and arrange for a VIP lounge for guests and assist them in transit to the vessel. We can also handle all formalities with the authorities such as authorisations to enter on a one-way ticket.

Guest and Crew visa:

We can assist with visa and visa extensions.  Please contact us for specific information on visa requirements.

Domestic Travel arrangements:

With 118 islands, French Polynesia is a very large country, so captains may need to arrange fro the transport of his guests to the superyacht’s next port of call; avoiding guests to avoid a long passage or inclement weather on route. We can arrange for booking on the local company or a private aircraft, if required.

Guided Tours:

We have an extensive network of qualified and highly professional guides for diving, fishing, cruising and any activity you may wish to undertake. Please contact us if you want us to arrange activities for you in any of the 118 islands of French Polynesia.

VIP Guest Services:

We can assist with all VIP services including hotel or restaurant reservations and any other onshore assistance you may require.

On arrival we can provide you will local GSM SIM cards and internet connection for your use during your stay.
